Recommended HP drain: 6.5
00:15:587 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22) - This entire first section lacks imagination. Indeed, it seems as if, for want of pieces to use, you've attempted to synthesize a dominant beat. You can help yourself out by mapping more to the lyrics - I like using k for higher pitches and d for lower ones. Example: for (1-4) you can use d-k-d-k-k instead of d---d-d-k like you have it.
00:28:587 (28,29,30) - There's no real dominant beat to justify (29).
00:31:253 (36,37,38,39,40,41) - Following my suggestions for pitch of lyric, you can also go for pitch of instrument. Following the instruments here would lead to this lineup being mapped dkk-dk-D instead of kkk-dd-K.
00:33:586 (44,45,46,47,48,49,50) - For (46-48) see my comments at 28:587. In addition, between (44-45) you've ignored a heavy snare hit; you can move (44) over a beat, and optionally turn it into a k, to remedy this.

00:52:920 (100,101,102,103,104,105) - Same here. Try k-dk-d-kd instead of k-ddd-d-k like you have.
01:19:586 (175,176,177) - (176) is practically a silent note. You also ignore the 1/4 roll going into the chorus - you can add a 1/2 burst to represent it. Try k---kkk instead of k-d-d-- like you have.
Rest of Kiai - look for opportunities to add more variety. It is perfectly okay at this difficulty to make bursts have both colors in them.

01:22:086 (365,366,367,368) - This 1/1 break is hard to justify in an Oni. Try ddk-d-k instead of ddd---k like you have.
01:32:753 (432,433,434,435) - Same as above
01:36:920 (462,481) - The part here is oddly easier than the rest of the kiai, as if you copy-pasted from the Muzu and forgot to alter this part to make it harder. I would recommend keeping the intensity up in this part, like the rest of the kiai is.
01:56:086 (573,574,575,576,577,578) - Why did you do bursts here and not with (105-108)?

Okay. So i did the mod as you asked. But the diff is now 2.28 star diff. Isnt that not allowed by the ranking taiko critirea?
I heard it was supposed to be below 2.15
