didn't try to intentionally make it bad, try making a portrait with a mouse yourself and you'll see how hard it is
No pen pressure, no pressure opacity> no ease of blending, ten times as much effort to make small details, and same goes for just varying shapes overall.

Its not hard, only thing that actually requires work is the values, which are a bit off too. Otherwise its just a whole bunch of shapes and scribbles.
I knew someone years ago who made amazing art with MS Paint, it looked like some game screenshots... O:

Its a really bad reference image, but I can give it a shot. My apologies in advance for most likely dicking up completely.
