I have been recently been playing with the AngelsimRed skin and on most maps (for example Children Of Hell https://osu.ppy.sh/b/971528) it uses something called Kai time and it can emphasize a bit of the song. In Angelsims skin it flashes the hit circle a shade of white which in my opinion is very, very distracting in my opinion. Some people like and some people don't so if this could be an option it could save hairs on peoples heads from stress on trying to remove it from the skin.
I have been looking for about a hour and I can not find a solution for it so this being an option would be very useful.
