I tried with fraps/camtasia earlier, and all I got was video: it wouldn't record the sound.
You need to set up the programs to record sound. For example, with Fraps, go to the Movies tab and check the "Record Sound" checkbox.
This map has been deleted on the request of its creator. It is no longer available.

That was one of the first things I tried before I posted this thread though. (Sorry!)
All I get is a very soft recording (all my volume is already turned up/unmuted) of the taps, and no music with the video.

FRAPS ftw...
To get sound, open up FRAPS settings, click the movie tab and check the box that says "Record Sound". Then check the radio button that says "Detect best sound input". If you need a k'd fraps I can post a link
