metadata, can you give me a source for romanised if possible.
They use a lot of caps here, so it's reasonable to assume they would use caps if this was romanised. Would prefer a meta source though.

Obviously they just used caps on special English words or sth like that. While the https://goo.gl/Tsrzxx original title can be found here, the cover has already confirmed the caps on Heart beat one

I think the unicode title should have "heart beat" written in katakana as that is how it is written on the Bang Dream page Sinnoh linked but also on the back cover and in the booklet of the CD:
