Osu! Lagged out in GTX 1050

I'm experiencing weird stuttering when using GTX 1050 in osu!.. So i got 1ms but the fps stutters.. so the game looks like its running on 30fps.. even though it's running over 1000fps.. i like to record Osu! gameplay that's why i need my GTX 1050.. if i used my Intel HD 630 it runs are 3ms, but when i record it drops to 12ms right away..

Other games that i run using GTX 1050 seems to run fine, and when i record a game using GTX 1050 it still runs fine without any fps drops..

Try disabling Shaders in osu main menu options.

You can try troubleshooting by looking if there's something hogging the cpu/hdd when you play.

i just resolved it lol.. the fix is pretty weird..

if it runs at 1080p i need to change the resolution to 900p, and then change it back to 1080p and the problem got solved. But now i need to do that everytime i start the game :/

and the shaders are not enabled from the start

and i tried the troubleshooting mode and no matter what version or what settings Windows choose, it doesn't resolved any problem :/
