I've noticed that when I play I only really have a comfertable reach with my mouse that looks like a wide oval accross the screen, I can never reach the top or bottom part of my screen without having to greatly change my arm position thus messing me up, I've eliminated part of the problem by increasing my mouse sensitivity but it doesn't change it anymore. This has been bothering me for the longest time and I'd really appreciate if someone could help me.

play more maps that requires you to do vertical movements
It may be that your posture makes it hard for you to move in certain ways. Maybe try some stuff out
you should play more maps with jumps like these and you'll be propably able to aim these better
play with higher sens - less movement to move cursor more
learn to move hand more - more movement so you move cursor more
if it hurts your wrist to move it more you probably need to use arm/fingers more, wrist is weak. arm is strong.
