还有一个就是副歌部分的CLAP 不适合像这样一直放 长白线和第2根白线放, 在根据实际情况变通一下听起来会好很多

OD太高了 -1 8以上一般情况都最好别用,开了Hardrock以后 就是OD 10 很变态。 另外hard也不需要这么高OD

Folder and map settings are fine,but still there's a major issue: you need an easier difficulty.

And what's with sliderborders?
Why are they black?

It doesn't even deal with BG or combo colours..
If you want to keep it,then set SliderTrackOverride colour as well.
You can do it via notepad,right below SliderBorder settings.
But I'd remove it all or at least set suitable colour for it.

By the way,you forgot to add it to Hard at all,so fix it,too.

Claps are overused in chorus parts,don't add then at every single note.Use 2-nd/4-th white tick for them.

01:06:242 (1) - Start spinner 1/2 later.
01:13:930 (1) - Maybe add two notes (01:13:742 & 01:14:305) instead of this one to follow that beats in the music?
01:19:742 - You should have a note here ;) And better stack it with slider to make it easier to hit.

Anyways, tell me what you fixed and what you didn't fix. If you say no, please say why. These are all suggestions unless I said so otherwise.

General:
I feel like BPM is 80. Since you can hear snare drums on 2nd/4th tick easier. You don't have to change it, but if you do, remember to use 2x timing section so your sliders won't break.
Why black border? Looks okay with the default white border. Change normal back to white I guess.
Even though you said so...I still suggest you changing to the album BG. Looks weird with anime BG.
This is something that you already know but I strongly recommend you make kiai consistent in both your diff. Normal and Hard has different kiai!
I think an extra diff between normal/hard would be good. I'm not a fan of 2 diff map sets.

Kiai is still inconsistent on hard/normal and change normal slider border back to default. You don't need it.

The party don't start till I walk innn. I'm pretty sure that's the first time I've written that on a mod post, and if it's not then how unfortunate, because it's on this mod post and this intro is taking far too long there's a mod after this I promise.

[General]
- Could you possibly select a more related background? Even though this one is cool and all. It just doesn't seem to relate to the song.
- Difficulty spread could be better. The difficulty spread is currently like this:
[Normal] ~ 1.5 million points
[Hard] ~ 7.3 million points
And as you can see, it might be good to have one that would fit nicely in between there. In fact, I'd say that you very most definitely should put another difficulty in there.
- Tick Rate 2 would be absolutely lovely here for reasons you can see at this magical link. In this case, it'll also make your velocity changes more readable. They're not all the best reasons, but I strongly encourage you to use it!
- Proper offset should be 430, this will make the main menu flash in time with the start of the music.
- Raging Bull is right about the kiai thing and slider border.

[Hard]

01:06:336 (1) - Start spinner one blue tick later.
01:06:430 - Kiai time should end here, it gets all soft and quiet here, so kiai would not be appropriate.

[Normal]

00:42:430 (1,1) - Here you don't give enough time for a new player to recover after a spinner before the next note. The note starts appearing quite a bit before the spinner ends, too, and it might be confusing at a low Approach Rate. Put a little more space in so they have recovery time ~
01:06:430 - Same thing about kiai here.

- There is quite a star and difficulty gap between this difficulty and Hard. I suggest 4 hp drain, 4 overall difficulty and 5 approach rate.

I'm alright with the BG I guess. Yes, it doesn't have to do anyhting with the song or artist but I see you've really created a theme around the bg with the custom skin and all. Also I don't think the BG is related to a certain anime or series so I'll let it slide.

Since you are using the hitcircle set, you must include a slider repeat arrow even if it's the default one to avoid clashing with repeat arrows from other custom skins.

Please include another break on the first half, 2 minutes playtime straight without breaks is a bit pushing it.
