So, I'll be modding you map and here is what I have found...
Regarding Timing the BPM is 190 with the offset starting at 806.(tip for the future, find the first loud sound and match BPM with that. even if it has no BPM find the BPM further in the song and move it to that point.)
map wise there is a bit but I'll point out major things that catch my eye.

stacking notes over slider(emphasize on held sound):

00:21:853 - Make a note, not a slider, move the burst to start on red tick and slider moved onto white tick(i think that is what you were trying to achive?!?)
00:25:936 - Flip sliders to make flow more comfortable(I think sliders are fine just make them start on the opposite ends)
00:29:395 - Making 13th/14th slider start from the bottom and slide up makes for a much better effect
00:30:177 - flip circle slider ,make slider end on red tick to match up on strong note.
besides that i think spacing overall is awkward because from (00:10:859 - 00:20:909) the spacing was small and all of a sudden from (00:20:909 - 00:30:644) spacing was greatly increased. this would make more sense if the song really had a rise in intensity.
