BeatMap Ranking problem

hi i made a beatmap and when i play it it says that
"its the last version but not approved"

what i am doign wrong ??

Get more modding on your map. Then find a MAT to get it bubbled. After 1-2 bubbles, find a BAT to get it ranked.

can you pls explain me a little bit more? im still kinda new to this "creating stuff"
or give me a tutorial or tips thing plz?

Make the map, ask mods here viewforum.php?f=60, when the map looks good and the modders can't find major errors, you can ask for a MAT (Mapping Asistance Team) If the MAT sees that the map is well give you bubble, then a bat mod it and supposedly will rank.

That's all I think, very summary, the first map will spend many months pending.
