This kepps popping out.
i used the seqarch, but my error is different and no one of those solutions works :C

From looking at the error I am going to assume it's a problem with your .NET framework.
Have you tried re-installing it and making sure you have at least 2.0?

See that file it mentions? Go to the line it mentions and delete that section. It's an XML and I'm assuming you should be able to understand it from there since you installed visual studio.
