I advance I would like to say that NO ONE has to do this. this is just a cool idea for a skin I would love and I think many other people would like too.
Anyways, the idea for the skin is something rainbowy from Prism with some of the cleanliness and "cloudiness" of Sky and Reflection and inspiration from Cookiezi's latest skin as well as Sukja.
