This rhythm is intended, I find it more interesting than to follow everything as well as it gives the player a little time to recover.

As for me, I find it fit perfectly. I've testplayed it many times, and it feels natural. The part near the end you mentioned was because that part isn't as intense as this one. If you just compare the 5-slider star pattern and the very last 4-slider repeats, the star is obviously expressed as more emphasized, which is just before the stream jumps into slider part.
custom diff name isn't rly allowed for a non top diff here btw

Alright, so why is it that this mapset can be pushed to qualified with no questions asked about diffnames, but when moph tries to rank Yuudachi no Ribbon, a shitstorm ensues because "Emilia's Tragic Yuri Extra" is a diffname? ffs QAT, at least enforce the rule about diffnames with some consistency. If moph gets forced to change his diffnames, so should Lavender.
(Not that I support the rule, but like I truly feel that if it exists it should probably be forced to maintain consistency.)

I don't know how rules about diffname are implemented since there are diffnames like this in lots of maps. But if it's needed please ask a qat to disqualify this so I can fix.

I can't get your point since custom combo color is not enabled in Moecho's diff. How could adding some colors work?
