Problem Details:
Oddly, i can't move my pen without the cursor shifting up to the top left and staying there.
I tried restarting my computer, but that didn't help.
It didn't do this before i updated osu to it newly updated version.
I even went to osu! lazer and it works properly like it should.
It seems to move normally without raw input, but any increased sensitivity beyond 1 makes it direct to the top left of osu!
What's wrong?
