Which means mappers will have more control on follow points when making their maps.
To be specific:
1--2--3--4 1--2--3--4--5 (with 1,2,3,4,5 are circle numbers and -- is a follow point)
Is the traditional way circles and follow points are arranged, having more control on follow point mapping you can create:
1--2--3--4--1--2--3--4--5 (all follow point)
1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 5 (forced no follow point)

This will make it confusing to both mappers and players because they won't be able to see the follow points
As it is now, an absence of follow points are used as an indication to represent a new combo. If you make it custom,it will cause a lot of confusion
