Using a mouse is out of the question, i heard changing the sensitivity works but i'm too clumsy to do it right. so is there anything else i can use besides my mouse that works better for the insane difficulty?

Well if you don't want to use a mouse, get a tablet.
But not just any tablet, a good tablet.

How about trying to play the game more than one day? 
Atleast play for a week or so before you go for the insane difficulties. I doubt you will be able to pass them, but you might understand the game a bit better. And no, you can't really use anything else than a mouse that will make it easier to pass an insane difficulty with the short amount of time you've been playing. I mean you can use a tablet, or a tablet PC, but the game will still be as hard as it is right now untill you get some more experience in it.

Once you get a somewhat decent grasp on the game, you will beat Insanes no problem. Most Insanes ranked nowadays are actually pretty easy anyway~

You are a perfect example of an idiot and the kind of people who scream "tablets = skill" and since I'm in such a lovely mood tonight heres my advice. Suck it up and stop acting so pathetic just because you can't do it now. Thousands (presumably, not stated as fact) people play Insane difficulties using a mouse. It is the exact opposite of "out of the question".

Oh God I didn't realize how new this user was.
First play Easy with doubletime, normal with hardrock, hard without mods for a weeks.
Then maybe you can do insane's difficulties. I take several months to perfect the streams and jumps with my mouse, that's not easy...

Nothing is going to be easier to use than a mouse is. A tablet or something can enable a power-user to become even more accurate, but the act of using a tablet to play is more difficult to get used to than mouse play. If you're "too clumsy" for a mouse than there's no hope, but I think you just need to stick with it and keep trying.
Also, if you can get S/SS on some Hards, you should play a variety of Insanes. Insane is unique that it's a very broad range, so you should find the "easier" of the Insanes. Don't fail at one or two Insanes and feel like you can't do any of them.
I don't play many different maps, but after a couple of months, I can hit streams and shit reasonably well with a mouse. Surely, it's a G9x and it's pretty much the most damn agile mouse ever, but still.
Buy a console, buy black ops and play till the rest of your life, 99% of all "pro" players do it and don't forget upload every video on youtube to show how pro you are.chibiusa90 wrote:

Seriously if you are too clumsy to set things how they are best for, then there is nothing that can help you become better.
P.S. Brain.exe works for insane difficulties.
