Hey can I get an offline installer my I Internet
net of my computer stopped working

You would need internet to download it...

And this is for people who are designing new programs. Go to help and someone will help you fix your internet

Run the installer on a computer with internet access and copy the game folder in %appdata%/local to a USB drive
