Most of the mats are not very active, some do not make a mod months ago, why not add a little more active people on mats?

Seeing as this is a decision generally left up to the MAT/BAT members and kept fairly confidential this shouldn't need any more public discussion at least at this point. Just be patient and it will all be taken care of~
