Well, you know what I'm talking about.
Other games (like FPS) have plenty of dedicated servers with a MOTD and map rotation.
This isn't that big of an idea, but a permanent osu! multilayer room with a song rotation could be neat.
Imagine a beginners room and themed rooms.

That would be cool, because sometimes it's annoying that sometimes you're playing a tough map with someone who sucks/needs more practice and you'd rather play with someone equal to your experience in playing. That way we're also not looking like total newbs while playing with more experienced players or super hard maps.

You mean if someone has, say, a computer up 24/7 with a decent connection, they can put it up as a server that people can go and play on? That kind of dedicated server? If it's that kind, with a song rotation and stuff, then yeah, having the option to do so would be quite nice. I, personally, would see about setting up a James-only server. >_> <_< Okay, it would be a Beginner server, but whatever.

So yeah, it would be nice, assuming that's what you meant.
