As the title says, sometimes I can visit this site directly, but sometimes I can't access it. When I try to ping this site at such time it says "Unable to resolve target system name osu.ppy.sh." The situation is like this about half a month ago.
I asked my friends if they can visit this site, and found that all China Telecom and most China Unicom users don't have this problem, but few China Unicom users can't visit this site, either.
Also some beatmap servers got blocked and I can't download some beatmaps.
