Beatmap Projects is NOT:

  1. Your place to be complaining about other music genres. If you want to complain about them, do it in a place no-one cares. Off-Topic. You see, WE KNOW that osu! is a place where the majority of music is anime, vocaloid and touhou. YOU DON'T NEED TO TELL US BECAUSE WE KNOW.
  2. Your place to post your map Unless if it's a collab, this is a place for projects. If you want beatmap help or advice, please use the in-game submission and selecting the Work-in-Progress button and get someone in IRC to check your map. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR IT.
  3. Your place to post requests You post requests in a request thread. Remember this is a place for "PROJECTS". If you want, make your own maps and contribute to the genre of song you want to be heard in osu! No-one will help you unless you want to do something.
Beatmap Projects are about PROJECTS. Please remember that. Feel free to add anything I've missed.

I really think that problem threads like you describe are mostly rare enough that we can deal with them on a case-by-case basis. Anybody dumb enough to post a WIP map here isn't going to read any number of sticky threads, and anybody posting a song request is in direct violation of an existing sticky thread. Anybody posting a complaining thread just needs to be told to narrow down their non-weaboo preference into something more specific to make a project out of
