There's a map that gain 27pp for 95% acc , but when i played it i got 95% acc, but 0pp , i wanna know why..

I guess you only get 27pp from that map if you fc (Fullcombo)
Meaning that you cannot miss or sliderbreak.

I bet you didnt managed to get FC, with your acc 96.88% you should get S if im not wrong.
Also PP system in osu isnt as easy as you think, map is worth xx pp but it doesnt mean you will get this.
When you beat your best score second best score will be worth less thats why you cant just get #1 by playing millions of maps but you need to play hardest maps.
20 most rewarding PP maps may place you in first #1000 or even better.
