Whenever I play osu! after a few beat maps my neck starts to hurt, don't know why it's like I've been straining for so long and it's really uncomfortable. Just want to ask you guys if you have the same problem Q_Q

Relax and stop hunching over while you play. Posture makes a huge difference in playing this game.
No, but my back starts feeling a little uncomfortable when I sit up... Pain if done for a prolonged period of time.
I can't support the weight of my head with my frail neck help me help >_<

You're probably just sitting in a position that your body does not like staying in for long periods of time, the same thing can happen while playing DS or really anything if your neck stays in a strange position.
Could also be too tense while playing, getting real excited and clenching up etc.

I dont get any neck or back pain while playing. sounds to me like you arnt sitting properly try to keep your neck straight and make sure you monitor is about face level so you are looking forward instead of looking up or down.
In that case, use its comfort. Assuming that it has lumbar support, then you should be sitting upright all of the time.aspry wrote:

I have back and neck and waist and... Man osu just causes me a whole variety of body pain. Well in all seriousness fix your posture. It's important.
lol I actually have to slouch to play well. Slouching is comfortable for me. 
Only time when it's not is when I'm focusing too much and start digging my elbow into the armrest. It cuts off the circulation and makes my left arm hurt since I use that for ZXing.

Not really. I always get a strained neck during Algebra Class, so simple neck pain because of video games can't really affect me that much.
My arms hurt after playing osu!. But we all know why. Because I spin like a boss.
