is this option supporter-only? i asked #osu and #help but i never got a straight answer, so i want to get a clear answer here.
the only reason i'm asking this question is because i never saw a /np in #spectator when i wasn't a supporter (yes i did have a spectator) and i just want to know if this option is really supporter-only.
