Step 1: open the timing tab
Step 2: change the offset to 620
Step 3: open the more advanced "Timing Setup Panel"
Step 4: Manually change the BPM to 83, flat
Step 5: Close the panel, accepting your changes
Step 6: Using the Timing dropdown menu, choose the "Resnap All Notes" option
Step 7: Readjust all notes.

Hope this helps. I've also made my own beat placement adjustments, but I'd rather you adjust them yourself first. If you can't really find good adjustments, feel free to PM me for hitobject code to place in your .osu file.
