- This is an osu!standard tournament
- This is a 3v3 Team Tournament with minimum team sizes of 3 and maximum team sizes of 6
- Starting from the round of 16, there will be double elimination
- Only players with a USA profile flag may participate
- All staff members may play except the host, organizer, and mappool selectors/testers
- Joining the discord server is required for the captain of each team
- Seeding will be determined by the average rank of the team and the top 16 teams may play (32 if there are enough teams). If there are more than 16 teams but less than 32, then there will be a preliminary round for the bottom seeded teams and the top teams will get a bye.
- Everyone signs up individually, and the highest ranked player to sign up for each state will be selected to pick a team from the list
- Only the top 5k global may participate
- Each player must sign up for their state of residence
- If a player resides in multiple states (e.g. goes to school in a different state than home; divorced parents live in different states), then the player may choose at the time of registration only
- If a player resides outside of the country, but still has a USA flag, the player is considered a resident of the state they last lived in, and all other registration rules follow accordingly
- If a player resides in the USA, but does not have the flag, they are not allowed to participate
- California will be split into North California and South California, with the city of Fresno, California as the border between the two. These two are treated as separate states for this tournament. Anyone living in Fresno may sign up for either team at the time of registration only
- There will be one Carolina team, one Virginia team, and one Dakota team
- All states with less than 4 registered players will be combined into a single team
- The match will be set to Team VS and ScoreV2
- Schedules and mappools will be provided on Monday of each week. If the schedule does not work, You must contact the opposing team, come to an agreement, and come to me with the new time. There must be at least 24 hours before both the original time and the new time
- If there is excessive toxic behavior, there will be a warning, and in the case of continued toxicity, a loss of the match. This includes obvious intentional stalling
- Due to excessively long matches, there is now a 3 minute time limit for picks and bans
- Consecutive picks from the same mod pool are not allowed. This does not apply to nomod
- Free Mod picks require 2 players out of 3 to take a mod(s)
- During the tiebreaker, mods are allowed, but not required
- Acceptable mods are: Hidden, Hardrock, and Easy
- Failure to have a sufficient roster by 15 minutes after the scheduled time will result in a forfeit
- Each team gets 1 warmup map under 5 minutes
- Each team will get 2 bans
- Each team will !roll and the higher roll will get second ban and first pick. You may pass if you don’t want either of these things
- Each team has 1 rematch per match. A rematch is only possible if a disconnect happens within 30 seconds of the start of a map or in the case of hardware issues
- In case of hardware issues, a delay of 10 minutes is permitted. After that, the match must proceed or the win will be given to the other team
- Group Stage/Prelims and Round of 16 will be best of 7
- Quarterfinals will be best of 9
- Semifinals will be best of 9
- Finals will be best of 11
- Grand Finals will be best of 13

If there are less than 32 teams, there will be no group stage and will instead be a preliminary round
