There would be a hotkey mapped to something like F12, F9, etc., and it will start recording every single thing you want to do! For example, say you want to upload a osu! video of you doing a awesome job on a song, and upload it to YouTube! You get a suggestion to either save the file as either a avi, mp4, or wma, or upload it in HD to YouTube. (Of course you would need your password and username derp)
I think it would be a good idea to add this to osu! as it would be a very popular feature!

use xfire then, it has a built-in feature that records videos and uploads them to the xfire website (plus they are saved on your computer until you delete them so you can also upload them to youtube)
