Found your map in the timing queue. Your BPM is fine, but maybe I can understand some concern you may have with the offset placement. I personally don't see a problem with the offset, either, but if you are absolutely concerned about it, try 1032 for the offset.

EDIT: WHOA, okay. I only saw your latest post from that queue. Hold on a sec. Didn't know you wanted to map it! *currently finding BPM*

EDIT 2: Seems like at the 148th bar, there happens to be an occurrence of the popular 1BPM-down-per-beat method in place. I'm currently implementing this to see if it's the case.

EDIT 3: Okay, well, it's still a decrementing thing happening here, but its rate is not 1BPM-per-beat.

EDIT 4: Seems like it could be 1BPM-per-Bar instead.

EDIT 5: So, my best guess of the final rate is that it ends up going for half a BPM-per bar, then suddenly changes to 15 BPM-per bar at the last 5 piano notes. Here's code:
