   I think so too. my dif is too easy as Insane, and there is the map which has 4 x Insane in Ranked maps, either...

Hm,the first thing I noticed is Title and Artist.
Sadly,I haven't found anything that would make me sure in it,so please double check the source and anything else that will give you the correct name,cause I think Duca & UR@N should be separated,and Throttle should be capitalized.

And the last thing that bugs me is cyborg in Tags.I believe he/she changed the nickname to Aenna,and as it's already in Tags,maybe you shouldn't put previous name? Though it's your choice,it's allowed.

01:39:128 (1) - This slider plays a little strange,you haven't used red ticks before this.So,shorten it to 01:39:817 or,if you want to keep it as it is,then maybe start 01:41:197 (1) at 01:41:024 to follow rhytm and music?
02:03:955 (1,2,3) - Really not sure about this It's off rhytm.
My suggestions are:

1. Delete all objects here.
2. Make 2 sliders or 1 slider with 2 repeats using these notes: (02:04:128 - 02:04:645 - 02:05:162 - 02:05:679).
3. Add a note to 02:06:369 (optional) and then make a slider using 02:06:886 - 02:07:403.

Also,silenced spinners disturbed me a bit,cause I never knew where should they end,but I guess it's fine.
