I don't think there's much trouble in this beatmap . It was hard difficulty afterall . Hope this might be help a little :D

02:00:528 - add 2 stair note
- try listen and change the osumania key sound that more fit/hit the song soundbeat(too many same beatsound)

To be honest , it was perfectly done 4K beatmap on hard difficulty. I enjoyed the play :)

General
Offset should be at 378, else the big white ticks for new measures are actually 1 white tick out.

Odd choice for a custom hitsound. At the moment, it sounds unnecessary to have it there at all.

Check the AIMod. (Ctrl + Shift + A). There is a lot of conflict between the difficulties and plenty of matters that need paying attention to.
Each mapset for every key needs at least 2 difficulties, one of which needs to be EZ/NM diff. (i.e you need another 6k diff, and probably another easier 4k diff too.)
Audio bitrate is too high and needs lowering. Try something like Audacity to help you.
Countdown must be turned off.
Uninherited points must be the same on every difficulty.

Hitsounding at some point would be good too. ;)

Short note on the 6k diff: HP and OD should be at least 7, and every note is unsnapped for some reason. (Probably Timing -> Resnap All Notes might do.)

There is a lot that I do agree with on these difficulties. However, most are just my personal preferences, thus why I haven't noted them down, essentially because I hate LN shielding. (Like 00:51:978 (51978|1,52428|1) on the 4K Lv.16 diff.)

4K Lv.16
OD and HP are too low; they should both be at least 7.
  1. 00:07:578 (7578|3) - I almost think this note shouldn't be here if you're following the tune.
  2. 00:36:378 (36378|2) - This should be a double and 00:36:078 (36078|2,36078|0) shouldn't.
  3. 00:37:278 (37278|0) - Move to 1 red tick later?
  4. Note at 01:55:728?
  5. AIMod thinks 02:20:928 (140928|1) is a slider.
  6. 02:38:178 (158178|2,158178|1) - I'd probably remove these.

4K Lv.23
You'll probably want OD and HP a little higher. In general, this map just appeared hard to read for me. Then again, not really a fan of LNs, so it may just be me. But please still take it into consideration. [Not a fan of the 1/4 tick length LNs.]
  1. 00:18:378 (18378|2,18678|2,19128|2,19428|2) - I don't like these short LNs in the same column. They're quite hard to play. Try to move them to different columns.
  2. 00:39:678 (39678|1,39753|2,39828|1,39903|2) - I'd do 3012 for this instead of 1212.
  3. 00:59:628 (59628|2) - Move to col 3?
  4. 01:05:028 (65028|2) - Ghost note (it's mapped to silence... best not to do that.) - Remove.
  5. 01:09:828 (69828|2) - ^
  6. 01:20:028 (80028|0) - ^ (There's likely many more hiding about that I can't spot, so best to check yourself, particularly at a lower audio rate.
  7. 01:25:428 (85428|1,85428|2) - This should only be a single here. (No emphasis) Unless you meant to start the LN at 01:25:278...

More Accurate Offset - 70 , since you have different difficulties on the various offsets.

Set preview on all maps 00:40:578.
And also indicate on all the difficulties of the same artists.

Thought I'd come back by and have a look at the newer additions of difficulties.

Maay I reiterate that the offset really does need to be at 378. (Try listening to the map with the nightcore mod on to see why.) Make sure it is so across all difficulties. (Rankable beatmap requirement)

Please remember to check AIMod... The issues that I mentioned beforehand are yet to be solved...

OD/HP should really be at least 7 in all diffs, including the NMs.

Diffs from the same mapper ideally should have identical kiai times. (You can copy them across.)

Columns 1 and 4 go unused for a very large part of the song. I went and counted that there are 58 notes placed in these columns combined. (Roughly 12%) This is far too low for using the columns evenly. (It's very noticeable as almost a direct copy from the 4k NM. Sure, copy some elements across, but please utilise the extra columns you have.)

Additionally, from 00:20:478 to 00:40:878, moving from left to right and back again feels... boring, frankly. Try to use some variations here, like 352410 or 425031 etc.

Generally, I wouldn't do what has been done at 00:44:628 (44628|5,45678|5) or 00:49:278 (49278|0,49428|0). This "jacking" movement can be extremely difficult for newer players, so move one of the notes to a different column.

Also, there are a few things that don't seem quite correctly mapped, like 01:19:728 (79728|0,79878|2,80028|3,80178|5).

Sorry if this sounds overly harsh, but these are some issues that I feel do need addressing.
