Whenever I try to play a map where I need to double tap a stream or something similar, I usually end up just mashing the Z and X keys panicking with no precision, which always makes it go wrong.

150 hours into game I still can't do those stuff.

Practice triples. This is, imo, the basics in alternating as this is what I did too first time around.
