Here reasons of why not.
-You can play without video if you feel ashamed of it, then why censored it?, then let's go and delete the SB and don't make any censure, I think than disable a video is much better option for these people.
Im just saying it for the people who play without video but i dont mind, disable video isnt a solution because people wont know the video contains NSFW, specially if they download from osu!direct, also it's against the current guidelines (before newrules) too.
-Nobody can turn off a SB and that isn't fault of mappers, go there [Storyboard Toggle] and give that reason to make possible play a map without video and SB and not only video, so SBs mades for censure things don't look strange at playing.
Hmm i still disagree with SB toggles, but i think when censoring stuff like this maybe add a toggle to link it to the video so ppl playing without video wont see that SB either =/
-IMGs can always be deleted, so if someone don't like the SB only need delete them and that is going to happen only if the player play without video.

-Finally, why use a big IMG for cover a video wich purpose is be watched? also that big IMG is gonna appear if someone play without video and is gonna be strange too.
