I have made changes, not planning on making any more changes in the near future.
It has been a few months, and I decided to work a bit on this skin again, so I recorded and edited some of my own sounds (using random household objects) and used them. I only took the combobreak and failsound from online. I think it is pretty obvious where those came from though. Had lots of fun making this skin, and now it is complete in my eyes.
This is also my first skin.
I hope u liek it c:

Notes:
Different variations of the same cursor are available in the skin folder
For those that wonder how I did the transparency, I pasted the image into Microsoft powerpoint, selected the image and then went to the "format" tab, selected "recolor," then "set transparency color." Next I clicked the color I wanted to make transparent and then re-saved the image by right clicking it and then selecting "Save as picture" also changing the type of image from JPG to PNG. Its pretty easy, just takes some clicks.
For the sound effects, I banged on random objects and used windows sound recorder to record the sounds. Then I emailed the sounds to myself and then converted them to .wav files online. Then I used audacity to change the volume and trim the sounds to proper length. Then it was just a matter of getting it right.
