How do you calculate the equivalent fixed scroll speed of a BPM scaled scroll speed?
I don't know if this makes sense but what I want to know is basically:

How to make them equivalate..
X BPM Scroll speed = X Fixed scroll speed

Is there an equation to find the equivalence of one to the other?

Y: Fixed Scroll Speed
A: Most prevalent BPM in the map.

Y = X * A / 100
