there should be a mod to make the song three times as fast to make things a little more challenging.

Currently, the double time mod doesn't actually make the song twice as fast. It only increases the speed by 1.5x. I think that making a song 3 times faster would make most songs completely lose their beat and rhtyhm anyways

Sounds like a feature for the beloved "Custom" mod where you can adjust all map stats, including speed
