Overall:
Possibly start the red timing section earlier in the map. The timing isn't wrong from what I can tell, but it starts before the first action (the spinner in hard), so having it earlier would make people less "omg wtf." You don't have to do it, but be aware that it might get mentioned again by MATs and BATs :3.

You are missing some skin elements: you require a circle-overlay, approach circle, spinner approach circle. copy the defaults in if you wish, otherwise a player's custom skin will look strange.

James2250 EDIT: Double-checked it over with Shiirn. As well as the unrankable elements I would try and get a few more mods on Soul to try and keep the spacing slightly more consistent, there are some thrown in jumps like 00:27:230 (1,2,3,4) and 01:34:337 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) which could confuse the player. (Also I agree with Shiirn the distance snap on Normal really doesn't fit and makes it much harder to play)
