did this a year ago. not that good, but I like it because I made it out of pure imagination.(I always thought I had poor spatial abilities so this is a huge achievement for me)

good is subjective
but I'd say anything anatomically correct with proper proportions would be a good start
I have not tried to draw anything (good) in a while. Just been pixel pixel pixel perfect
also c'mon Daru you've drawn stuff better than that one image you posted
hell some of your "personify blah" sketches look better imo
