Okay so first change the BPM and offset

Well i can see that. The point in mapping is to reflect the song and many of the circles and sliders in your beatmap don't really represent anything of the song. It is just overmapped. Hey there. From #modreq.

[General]
You should definitely get a background image for this map since a lot of players do not play with videos enabled. You can use this as your background, or find any other you like. The background image shouldn't exceed 1920x1200.

Also, you don't need to name the difficulties "Siwiecki's Normal" or "Siwiecki's Hard". Those are for GDs, or guest difficulties, where a mapper contributes a difficulty to someone else's mapset (of course, with that someone else's permission).

[Siwiecki's Normal]
Consider reducing the Approach Rate to 5 for this star difficulty.

00:00:380 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - These should be on the white ticks, not the red ones. Ideally, you can create sliders that start on the white ticks and end on the less-powerful red ones.
00:04:220 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - 1/4 sliders should be avoided in Normal difficulties, as should sliders that repeat more than once. These also shouldn't be all new combos.
00:15:980 (1) - You should move this note out from under the 5-note stream that came before it, as it impacts readability.
00:19:820 (1,2,3) - The spacing here is not consistent with the previous spacing used for 1/1 notes.
00:21:740 (4,5,6) - ^, and you should avoid putting circles under slider ends in Normal difficulties.
00:23:660 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Same issue as above. This is prevalent throughout the map, and I don't think I should point it out every time. Make sure to use Distance Snap entirely for Normal difficulties, and set it to somewhere between 0.8 and 1.3. Hold ALT and use the scroll wheel to change the spacing.
00:49:580 (3) - This slider goes off-screen.
00:54:140 (1) - The sudden 1/2 note here may throw players off. Also, move this note out from under that slider.
00:54:140 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6) - This goes with the first point -- generally, the white ticks are sounds that are more important than the red ticks, so the notes should be on those. You may want to consider turning these notes into new combos, where each combo has 4 notes.
01:01:820 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - Same as the second point.
01:08:300 (1) - This spinner is 2 beats long. In Normal difficulties, spinners should be at least 3 beats long.
02:10:460 (1,2) - These notes should not be here, as you should let there be at least 2 beats of recovery time after a spinner.
01:57:260 (1,1,1,1) - These sliders aren't very aesthetically pleasing.
02:16:940 (1) - ^
02:18:620 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - Same as the second point.
02:29:420 (3) - This should just be a single note, instead of a slider.

[Siwiecki's Hard]
Consider reducing the Approach Rate to 7 or 7.5.
Consider reducing the HP Drain Rate to 4 or 4.5.
Consider reducing the Overall Difficulty to 5.

This difficulty has widescreen play supported, but your Normal difficulty doesn't. You should correct that inconsistency.

00:00:020 (1) - Remove the note here.
00:00:380 (2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - Same issue here with the notes being on the red ticks and not the white ones.
00:23:420 (2) - This slider kind of misdirects flow. It points downwards sooner than it should.
00:25:940 (3) - I have no idea what this is following. Consider removing it or making the rhythm more obvious.
00:31:820 (2,3,4) - The spacing here is a little bit too much for a Hard difficulty.
00:35:180 (2,3,4) - ^
00:39:020 (2,3,4) - ^
00:54:140 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - I really like the "sliders crawling around the center" thing you're going for here. Nicely done. :D
