Heres an idea instead of clicking the tabs you have on your osu

Press "Shift + Left Arrow" or "Shift + Right Arrow" to switch between tabs

You use your mouse/tablet to click on circles, it's not that hard to click on a tab :/

You can also do that with Alt-1, Alt-2 ..... Alt-9.
