What I'll do for you is different. I will modify mp3s for you.
This includes the following main reasons mp3 editting would be required:
1) Fading out your mp3 since it is too long, OR, cross-cutting out a repeated chorus so that you can keep the song short yet keep the ending of the song. I am excellent at doing these.
2) Re-encoding without an offset change. I can do this.
3) Removal of artifacts. Not sure why you'll have these in the first place since they're rather rare, but sometimes re-encoding yourself will result in glitches at the beginning or end of your map that aren't visible in an audio editor or otherwise. I can fix these.
Currently there are no exact rules to what I'm limited to doing, since I don't know how much demand there would be for this. Have fun, I suppose.
