What mascot they've picked hasn't been announced afaik, and I don't estimate that it will be implemented in game any time soon. Reason I estimate is cause I have assumptions for what priority implementing the mascot in game is, and bigger things are before in my assumption.
Maybe that means Pippi-don's here to stay after all,we're all being rused :^)

Yeah I've been wondering this myself as well. I still don't think the actual winner of the vote should be the new Taiko mascot. Nothing against the artwork which I think the winner did a good job on, I just feel that it's not really in line with the rest of the Osu Mascots seeing as all the others are teenagers/adults. I don't feel like a loli would fit into the mix
