- otst! is a 4v4 osu! standard, double elimination tournament.
- Highest rank permitted: #5000. If you are #4000, you can't join, but if you are #50000, you can join as there is no limit on that side.
- There will be no rank leeway at all. Player's rank will be checked when they enter the lobby.
- Teams must have a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 8 players. You can always add or substitute players anytime before registration ends.
- otst! will be a 16-team tournament, however it will extend to a 20/24/32-team tournament if there are enough teams signed up. The tournament capacity is 32 teams.
- In the case of excessive signups, team admission is determined by the average rank of the top 4 players. Players out of the rank range will be disregarded.
- The tournament will be cancelled if the number of teams signed up are less than 16 at 12PM UTC on February 24, 2017.
- otst! exclusively focuses on TV Size maps 2 minutes or less in length.
- otst! uses score v2, game mode is Team VS.
