First off, this forum is for sharing original skins. What you are asking is supposed to be asked in the Gameplay and Ranking forums. Each forum has guidelines on what you can post and I suggest you read them before posting next time.
Now to your question. Z and x work exactly the same as your mouse buttons. However, the advantage to them is that it relieves your mouse hand of having to both aim and click.
