Timing:
Listening to the metronome, there is dynamic offset for this song, which goes when the part go slow and speed up again and during the speed up metronome changed from white tick to red ticks. This is what I got from some observation:

first offset: 161.00, offset 2142
secodn offset: 161.00, offset 63819

Where the second offset reset the metronome and this making sure notes that drop on red ticks during kiai time drop on white tick, there is no need to resnap notes as it using red tick from the previous timing. An that the reason most of your notes drop on red tick during kiai time.
