Currently if you click any button that adds a format to part of your post text (e.g. the lil' "B" button which makes your text look like this), you edit history is wiped. You can't press Ctrl+Z to rewind your edit. If you had pressed Ctrl+A, trying to give a beautiful spoilerbox to your text, but you accidentally clicked, for example, "S" key before clicking the "spoilerbox" button, you will end with a spoilerbox with just a letter "S" in it, and no, you can't go back, your essay is purged.
I am requesting to allow users to rewind the formatting done through buttons, so no one misses anything.
This isn't an easy thing, and people can simply type bb code manually. But this is still a useful security guard.
