If you look at any song, i can guarantee 99% of the triplets will be on red ticks ending on white ticks because triplets are meant to accent the white tick not the offbeat red tick. Anyways, for here, i would recommend a kickslider into a circle, imo this would fit really well with the song. interesting. it did indeed play better

Delayed mood
Astarte asked me to mod the Hard and Insane as suggested by Monstrata, so here is the mod:
Also, my modding skills have become rusty, so this mod is probably horrible xd

[Hard]

00:04:597 (3) - Might wanna curve this more towards the left because the three straight sliders in a row kinda looks a bit upleasant but it's up to you
00:06:211 (7,8) - These two might work with a whistle because you can hear strong piano sounds there and leaving these without a hitsound makes it feel a bit empty
00:07:255 (2,3) - I have no suggestions how to really fix these so I apologize, but imo having 00:07:445 (3) - clickable is a bit overkill because the sound here is only very faint and not too strong. Is it maybe added for effect? Because I don't see a reason for it to be there
00:11:053 (7) - A finish for the whole slider sounds much better imo because the clap is rather loud although the sound itself isn't that strong. Having a finish instead would make the hitsound more faint to represent the sound (hope this is kinda logical)
00:21:875 (1,2) - Minor but the blanket looks to be off
00:27:382 (7) - Why this large emphasis on this note? Reducing the spacing to 1.7 feels better imo because the sound isn't too strong, yet it has more distance than many other stronger notes in the song like 00:52:065 (6) -
00:33:647 (8) - Reducing this to DS x1.8 also would fit better imo due to the reasons listed above but a bigger distance for this because it is stronger
00:46:939 (4) - 1/2 slider + Hitcircle afterwards would fit the intensity of the song much better imo since the song gets more intense up to this point 00:47:508 - . Also, for the build-up you were following the drums in the background so following vocals here feels a bit off rhythmically.
01:24:154 (1,3) - These could deserve a curve since they are strong sliders and leaving them straight feels a bit underemphasized.

00:27:382 (7) - Why this large emphasis on this note? Reducing the spacing to 1.7 feels better imo because the sound isn't too strong, yet it has more distance than many other stronger notes in the song like 00:52:065 (6) - alright chill. spaced out the other note you pointed out too
00:33:647 (8) - Reducing this to DS x1.8 also would fit better imo due to the reasons listed above but a bigger distance for this because it is stronger moved it a bit closer with ds 1.9, otherwise it'd be less intensive than the previous part
00:46:939 (4) - 1/2 slider + Hitcircle afterwards would fit the intensity of the song much better imo since the song gets more intense up to this point 00:47:508 - . Also, for the build-up you were following the drums in the background so following vocals here feels a bit off rhythmically. yea good catch
01:24:154 (1,3) - These could deserve a curve since they are strong sliders and leaving them straight feels a bit underemphasized. uhh idk about this. i'd say straight sliders are more intensive tho, curvy are more for soft and gentle stuff imo

Hi, you requested a mod for Hard and Insane.

Before I start I just want to mention that I don’t really understand why only two combo colours are used since the BG offers many more different colour shades that will look great, but up to you.

DavidEd's Insane:

00:00:610 (1) –Since there’s such a strong beat on the head of this slider and it’s also the start of the song, I think it would be a good idea to rather unstack this slider for more emphasis. Or you can increase the spacing of the triplet instead, like this:

00:02:128 –I can really hear this beat quite clearly and it bothered me the entire time that it’s not mapped out. Even if it’s just a slider’s tail it would be fine, but mapping it out would be the best option imo especially since it’s an Insane. I’ll just give an example of a pattern that you can use:

00:01:939 (1) –You forgot a soft-hitwhistle on the tail of this slider.
00:02:508 (2) –Same here. Missed a soft-hitwhistle for that piano.
00:03:647 (1) –I think I can hear a piano on this tail as well if you listen closely so consider adding a soft-hitwhistle.
00:04:977 (1) –I suggest increasing the spacing of this slider for a slightly bigger jump just to emphasize that drum on the head of the slider. It’s quite a strong beat so more emphasis would be great.
00:05:736 (3) –For better flow (and also to decrease the jump a bit since it looks quite big) I suggest Ctrl+G’ing this slider and just moving the tail of the slider a bit to the left. Like this:

00:11:242 –To emphasize this strong beat and also for a nice triple with 00:11:053 (5,6) – you can place a circle there and then just move the spinner one tick to the right. Like this:

00:23:584 (2,3,4) –Rather make the spacings here similar since the beats sound similar too. Right now the jump from (2) to (3) differ a lot from the spacing from (3) to (4) which looks unpolished.
00:24:344 (4,5) –Same thing here. The spacing is rather low.
00:34:597 (4) –Rather add new combo here to show that SV change. I would also remove NC here: 00:35:356 (1) – and rather add NC here: 00:35:926 (2) – since the vocal sounds stronger here and also because the vocal changes.
00:55:103 (1,2,3) –Hmm, I don’t really think lowering the SV here supports the music/vocals that well... Probably just my own opinion though.
01:08:584 (4) –The beat here is quite strong and it sounds important (especially in kiai) so rather not stack since it takes away that emphasis. A nice jump would be best.

Hard:

00:02:128 –I mentioned this to DavidEd as well. I feel mapping out this important beat would be great since it can be heard so clearly and it just looks weird to leave it unmapped. Making it a slider’s tail would be cool too. You can check out the image I left DavidEd for an example.
00:01:179 (2) –You missed a soft-hitwhistle on the tail of this slider. There’s a piano so for consistency it’s important to place that hitsound there. I see you missed other places too. Remember to apply them in your other diffs too.
00:01:939 (4) -^, the tail.
00:02:508 (5) -^
00:04:217 (2,5) –Why not try stacking here? Aesthetically it would look much neater.
00:06:496 –A note is really needed here. Leaving this empty is a bit weird and disrupts flow. Rather place a circle there.
00:06:306 (8,4) –Improve this stack please. Right now it doesn’t look that great at all.
00:06:306 (8,4) –There are a few places where I question the jumps because the music isn’t that strong (in a Hard it’s important for the beats to be strong to support a jump) and also because it looks a bit inconsistent with the previous patterns since you didn’t place jumps there. Here are a few examples: 00:08:584 (6,7) - 00:10:103 (2,3) - 00:10:863 (6,7) – I suggest spacing these out normally instead.
00:42:761 (7,1) –Since the repeat ends in the opposite direction the jump may be a bit too big for a Hard. I suggest something like this instead:

00:50:451 (4,5,6) –It’s a bit weird that you placed a stream here but in the Insane there isn’t a stream but a slider. I suggest also just placing a slider since the beats aren’t really that clear to suggest a stream. It’s also not a good idea if one pattern in a Hard is more difficult than in an Insane. Uneven spread.
01:05:356 (8,1) –Rather just stack this. Since the slider velocity is lower in a Hard overlaps like this don’t really look that great and neat.

In the Hard I suggest just going over the diff again and making sure your jumps are to a certain degree consistent and support strong beats and not weak ones.

00:06:306 (8,4) –There are a few places where I question the jumps because the music isn’t that strong (in a Hard it’s important for the beats to be strong to support a jump) and also because it looks a bit inconsistent with the previous patterns since you didn’t place jumps there. Here are a few examples: 00:08:584 (6,7) - perhaps its a bit too much 00:10:103 (2,3) - move it a bit closer so no one would really notice. however i kinda want a bit of spacing for emphasizing the triplet tho 00:10:863 (6,7) – this one i actually want to emphasize the last note tho, but move a bit closer I suggest spacing these out normally instead. basically i still kept some jumps (they're heavily nerfed so dw) cuz they flow well and they're not really significant imo
00:42:761 (7,1) –Since the repeat ends in the opposite direction the jump may be a bit too big for a Hard. I suggest something like this instead:

I suggest also just placing a slider since the beats aren’t really that clear to suggest a stream. It’s also not a good idea if one pattern in a Hard is more difficult than in an Insane. Uneven spread. figured someone would mention it. at first i did a small stream since im pretty sure i heard a drum roll, but davided also disagrees with me so yea. removed stream and did a semi-stack instead
01:05:356 (8,1) –Rather just stack this. Since the slider velocity is lower in a Hard overlaps like this don’t really look that great and neat. hmm idk what happened here :v

In the Hard I suggest just going over the diff again and making sure your jumps are to a certain degree consistent and support strong beats and not weak ones. yea did a bit of self modding too. if there's a jump im about 96.69% sure that i could justify it, otherwise i'll just nerf it down

I picked red and orange since they're the colors of the logo of this series (already discussed in nya's mod)
