当收到提示投票完成之后，投票还没有被正式记录，并且可以重新进行一遍流程修改选票
当按照网站提示发送PM确认之后，投票正式被记录且不可更改最后宣传一下QQ群: 129614174

1.参投者和被投者均不能被BAN或者Restricted,并至少有2000pc的ctb游戏历史
2.被投者需满足以下额外条件
4. 每人至少提交10个有效票，至多提交20个人选
5. 每票1分，确认投票之后不可更改
6. 投票截止日期为2017.1.31
2.被投者需满足以下额外条件
- 游戏旗帜为中港澳台新之一
- 不能是投票人本人，也不能重复投票
- 注册时间早于2016.9.1，并在2016.9.1~2016.12.31之间有游玩记录
4. 每人至少提交10个有效票，至多提交20个人选
5. 每票1分，确认投票之后不可更改
6. 投票截止日期为2017.1.31

Rules
1.Voters and Candidates can’t be banned or restricted, and have at least 2000 play countsin ctb mode.
2. Candidates should meet following extra requirements
4. Each voter should submit at least 10 valid candidates and no more than 20 candidates.
5. Each vote counts as 1 point, selection can’t be changed after confirmation.
6. The end date of pool is 2017/01/31
2. Candidates should meet following extra requirements
- Candidate’s userpage flag must be one of the following: Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau or Singapore.
- Voter can’t vote himself as candidate.
- Voter can’t vote same person multiple times.
- Candidate’s register date should earlier than 2016/09/01 and active between 2016/09/01 and 2016/12/31.
4. Each voter should submit at least 10 valid candidates and no more than 20 candidates.
5. Each vote counts as 1 point, selection can’t be changed after confirmation.
