Long overdue mod from TBRT queue, but there are no Taiko maps here, so I just did a normal mod.

[Normal]
0;47;177 [2] - Remove the claps from the 1st and 3rd reverses.
1;59;315 [2] - ^
2;20;472 [1] - Delete new combo here.
2;57;235 [1,2] - I think these notes work better as a short slider.

[Hard]
2;28;969 [2] - Remove the finish from the beginning of slider.

0'31'570 [1,2] - It's hard to see the end of [2] as it is covered by the hitburst from [1]. Maybe you can try seperating the ends of the two sliders, like so ->

If you like this pattern, rotate [1] 30 degrees anticlockwise using selection centre, and rotate [2] 30 degrees clockwise.
[P/S: Er, I think my mod here goes against JauiPlaY's mod, so up to you to use this or not...]

0;45;963 [2] - This is quite some jump. Maybe position it closer to end of slider [1]?

As Wiinter said, there is no problems if you keep the .osb file in your folder, but before rank the BAT member will probably request you to remove it, so if you remove now probably later you will have no headache.

Slider speed feels too slow, also 01:39:200 (3,1) due to the low speed and spacing i thought these were 1/2 apart. Slider speed is fine for the easiest difficulty imo. This is a pretty fast paced song, so I think it's good. The same beat was previously shown at 00:27:061 (2,1).
02:28:102 (1) - No kick sliders on the easiest diff please. how would I map this rhythm without doing this though? How can I make this any easier without adding circles to cause confusion? and this part of the song screams for this rhythm. If this rhythm isn't present it'll just sound weird. and I've seen kick sliders on the easiest diffs so I think it's ok. Furthermore it's not an E, and it doesn't increase star rating when this rhythm occurs only 3 times throughout the song. the one you missed is here 01:15:963 (3).

In general: I kept running into surprisingly distant jumps between notes that were 1 beat apart. Some of these are when I thought the gap was 1.5 or 2 beats when it was actually 1, others are when I realized it was 1 beat in time and just barely managed to nick the circle's edge just in time.
0:43:362 - 2 is way too far away from both the 1 before it and the 1 after it. Move it to the left. This was by far the worst surprisingly-large gap in the entire beatmap.
0:49:084 - Move 8 and 9 down and to the right.
0:51:165 - Move 7 and 8 down.
1:51:512 - Move 3 through 5 a little closer towards 2 to make the square smaller. Then maybe move the following slider on 1 to the right and flip it vertically so it arcs over the top of 2.
2:01:223 - Nudge 8 and 9 up and to the right a bit.
2:12:668 - Move 2 and 3 closer to 1.
3:09:720 - Move 4 to the right. Put the center of the arc directly over 3. Maybe nudge 3 over to the right a little while you're at it.

I'm not gonna try to mod Insane, 'cause it's well above my skill level.

I meant just nudge it over so that it peeks out from under 3 a little. That way it's more visible, but the player can still click in nearly the same spot and hit 4. Something like this:

(Note that this is blatantly copy-pasted from another one of my mods.)
Due to your hitcircle overlay, you'll need to have a slider border colour as well. This is so people with (for example) a black slider border colour won't have the problem of it looking odd with your grey hitcircle overlay.
In order to change the slider border colour, open a difficulty, then go to File > Open .osu in Notepad.
Scroll down to the "Colours" section and type "SliderBorder: 247,246,238" without the quotes. (I picked 247,246,238 because that's the colour my image editor said was closest to your hitcircle.)
Save and repeat for all difficulties.

[Kiai]
01:21:512 - I might suggest ending the kiai here, as the real chorusy (is that a word) part ends here and it's more of a calm period for the next two measures.

[Insane]
00:45:269 (1,2) - The 4.56x spacing here seems really awkward, try to redo the pattern to make it a bit more intuitive.
01:57:408 (1,2) - (here it is again)
02:33:477 - The break here seems to be dragged rather oddly. Just sort of drag it on the timeline so that it's back to where it should be.
02:51:685 - Same thing with odd break dragging. If the trend continues, I'll make my next suggestion twice in a row too.

That's all I can find for now, but I'm also tired. So call me back for a recheck via Forum PM once you've looked through these and I'll make sure to be thorough, then hopefully you can get a bubble ~

New Combo bug fix was made, but because I am a silly person who keeps missing things, I must now point out the second timing section. Our dear musician Jarby has revealed that though it may be confusing because the offbeat is accented, the second timing is unnecessary and must be removed. I should be able to bubble after this, sorry for all of this trouble.
