I remember seeing an ad for this automatic liquid soap dispenser. It was telling us that when you press on the button of a normal dispenser (where you press down and the soap comes out of the spout) the germs on your hands would stay on it and contaminate your hands the next time you used it, hence the reason for an automatic one, so you don't touch it.

I was just thinking... wouldn't you wash your hands after touching the dispenser anyway...?
