Problem Details:
Hey guys,it's a problem that've been bothering me for a long time. It doesn't show any country ranking in my profile.It shows a picture with nothing and ranked #12 and I feel like which country I am? I'm in Malaysia,hey guys please help me,I really need to see my ranking in my country

I think you should contact the support via accounts@ppy.sh. Tell them your problem and they will change it for sure.

Well his problem isn't with the country ranking
But rather the flag image is broken

Does this work with other browsers? Try using firefox or explorer
If it still didn't work, try the steps below

Method 1: Antiviruses or Firewall

Try checking if your antivirus isn't blocking it from connecting

Method 2: IP conflicts

Try turning off your router by unplugging it and wait for 5 minutes before turning it on again.

Method 3: Reset adapter

Try disabling ethernet adapter then enable it again

Method 4: DNS Cache

Try clearing DNS
1. Open up run (Windows logo + R)
2. Type cmd and press enter
3. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter

Method 5: Try using a VPN

You can try using a VPN like [lucky:1337]Psiphon[/lucky:1337] and see if it works from there
Just download from the website and open it, after it connects try again.

That #11 you're seeing in your profile is your country ranking. The flag is broken for you for some reason.

I can see it as Malaysia #3, 294 in his profile though. So I assumed it wasn't that problem

It isn't fixed. The user isn't #3 in any mode are you sure you are looking at the right user?
Notice how under Mania there is no flag for their ranking?

It is killing me...I tried one of the methods..I downloaded the thing that's pretty similar to VPN...and it didn't work as well.

you really should contact accounts@ppy.sh now, that's pretty much the only way which you have.

Did you confuse email with private message?
You use the email you've used with your osu! Account

Either it's Gmail, ymail, Hotmail or others.
With the e-mail you used to register your account
Login there (http://mail.google.com for gmail) and find the compose button
Then place accounts@ppy.sh and detail your problem there
